1Acceptance of Terms of Use

• You have never had an account terminated on Empier88 previously due to a terms violation.

Empier88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a user is unable to provide satisfactory proof, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any associated balance until the verification process is completed.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at empier88 at any time. Holding multiple accounts, whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you need to provide include:

4Depositing & Withdrawing Funds

All deposits to your empier88 account are processed via supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Deposits are credited to your account within minutes after the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment system.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the Empier88 account.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after processing fees are deducted.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Transferring funds between different user accounts for money laundering purposes.

• Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
